- Original Equipment Parts - 

Rick Case installs Original Equipment Parts to ensure your vehicle's warranty is affected. Note: Most insurance companies demand the use of junkyard & aftermarket parts.

- Technician Certifications - 

Rick Case technicians are highly trained and are both manufacturer and industry certified. Note: Many body shops are not certified and do not keep up with training requirements.

- Lifetime Warranty -  The Rick Case Warranty for labor and refinishing lasts as long as you own your vehicle. Note: Many warranties at other shops are short-term with limited coverages.

- Equipment / Laser Alignment -  We purchase and maintain the proper equipment for all makes and models, including laser alignment systems to ensure a perfect repair. Note: Today's vehicles do not respond well to the manual measurements many still utilize.

-State-Of-The-Art Paint System -  Our Paint System is state-of-the-art Spies Hecker Hi-Tec Environmentally Friendly Paint. Note: All paint systems are not of the same quality and feature a very limited warranty.

- Communication - We employ customer service representatives who will keep you informed on the status of your vehicle every day if you prefer.  Note: Very few shops employ extra people designated to serving customers.

- On-Site Rentals - Ensuring you have something to drive is quick and easy at our on-site rental station. Note: You won't find many shops with on-site rental affecting drop-off and pickup times

- In-Process Quality Control Program - The key to proper long-term repairs is to have an in-process quality control system. Note: Not monitoring the repair / prep / paint processes hides longer time issues.

- End-Of-Job Clean-up - When the repairs to your vehicle are completed, the Rick Case Collision Center detail staff cleans up the inside and outside of your vehicle so it looks like it's almost showroom new when you pick it up. Note: Insurance companies do not pay for this service; however we do it for you as our customer, our friend.
